Can you suddenly just lose the pregnancy weight without trying. Ive suddenly gone back to the weight i was before i was pregnant currently 2 years postpartum. Thats 2 stones down. Im not really exercising other than running around my toddler at home. Im also a SAHM, not working also eating my usual food.
