What to give a 1.5 year old for a cold

My 1.5 year old has a little cold. Her cheeks are so red and blushed and her nose is all stuffed..might have a sore throat but can’t talk and tell me what’s wrong. Please let me know if I can give her any OTC medicines and what they are if anything!! I feel so bad and helpless!! :(
