Hey, you need 2 towels for baby, 1 towel for you. A changing mat just in case there isn’t more than one baby changing station. Easy clothes for you to change into while slightly wet and flustered. Flip flops, A toy to entertain or settle. A bottle of formula if you formula feed . I would just say try and get them to nap before the class and feed them 45/1 hour before so they don’t spit up. Expect them to cry but bouncing in the water does soothe them. I hope this helps :)

And a bag for all your wet stuff !

You may already know this but, swim nappies don't hold wee... so don't try and be prepared and get baby dressed at home before going 🤣. Enjoy!

Hi! I went swimming alone with my daughter when she was around 3.5 months :) Tips that helped me was bringing more spare clothes, fluffy towel and extra blanket for her and getting changed into my swim costume at home! My girl absolutely hates getting dry and she cried a lot after getting out so keeping her snug and feeding her wrapped in a blanket helped a lot before changing her to go home ❤️ If your LO is fussy i’d also bring a rattle toy to disctract them a bit while you get yourself dry! All the best, Im sure you’ll have fun :)

Do not wear anything tight.. I repeat do not wear anything tight! Loose tracksuit unless you don’t mind getting yourself in a pickle! 🤣

Just wanted to cheekily jump onboard this thread as we’re in a similar situation. What costumes are we putting on our babies? The warm wetsuit or a standard costume??
