So confused

I think the only way to determine would be a blood test. I had this last month and it massively got my hopes up! No answer from my GP as to why. These things are random X

oh really did they just confirm a negative then? I used to be so regular before I had my first my cycles were always 21-24 days so going so long now really confuses me 😓

They can confirm if it’s positive or negative after taking blood, yes. Routinely an NHS GP wouldn’t do this, if they’ve referred you to a fertility clinic they deal with it at the clinic. We had to pay privately for this as wasn’t referred etc. my cycles went funny after a mc, it’s so confusing isn’t it x

oh don’t they? I doubt they’d refer me as I’ve not had any issues in the past. Sorry for your loss 💞 it’s so confusing! And I’ve only had a tiny amount of light brown spotting too x

I am in the same scenario, cycles normally no longer than 29 days, I am currently on day 33, have had a couple of very very faint pregnancy tests one Thursday last week, Saturday & this morning but they are very faint & have not progressed. I also have had what I think was implantation bleeding over last weekend but nothing since, it is all so confusing 😔. Wishing you the best of luck ☺️

tested negative again this morning with a little brown spouting again am now on day 33 too 😞

I am too stressed & nervous to test again although I know I need to get to the bottom of it one way or another. If I test negative again at the weekend & still no bleeding I may make an appointment with the doctor as I feel something may be wrong

I have been to the toilet earlier this morning & when wiped had a very pale pink tinge to the tissue paper so I am guessing I too will be starting to bleed today 😢

It’s a chemical, started bleeding this morning not loads but more than it was first thing 🙁. 🤞🤞 for us both next time

For the last week I have had faint positive tests & they have not got any darker. I had what I’m pretty sure was implantation bleeding last Saturday (looked just as it did with my first) & happened during the time frame you would expect it too but no bleeding in between then & now & some other symptoms of pregnancy. Yesterday afternoon took another test & still just a faint line & then this morning I started bleeding, different to my period but more than just spotting & has clots in it. I was also 3 days late for my period

okay thank you, sorry you’ve gone through this 😓 I’m wondering if I had the same but just didn’t have strong enough hgc levels to have a positive test as I had cramping for a couple of days after ovulation was due

You could well have done as my lines were only ever faint nothing like when I was pregnant with my first. I think it happens more than we realise due to the timing coinciding with when our periods would be. I may have had them before when trying for my daughter but I’d not really have known as I never tried to test early. I am letting this be a lesson to me & I won’t be testing early again, it gets your hopes up far too early
