Which yoghurts are your LO’s eating? The fromage frais, petit felous all seem to contain a lot of sugar?

We do plain Greek style yoghurt (full fat) and then it needed add fruit/puree

Petit filous is fromage frais and is also not recommended for under 4s because they're so high in protein. Like Hattie said above, my little one also lives plain greek style yoghurt with added fruit purée 😊

We also do greek style yoghurt and fruit

We have Fromage frais, nhs recommend if so I’m happy with that x

We give our LG Greek yogurt a lot, and occasionally petit filous.

We give him the low sugar petit filous (although admittedly still not that low) as they are a suitable portion size for him. The NHS says it's fine from 6 months so I am happy to do so.
We don't eat enough yoghurt ourselves to warrant buying big tubs of plain yoghurt - it just goes to waste.

I give mine Little Yeos which don't have a massive amount of sugar or no added sugar munch bunch. It's amazing and wrong how much sugar is in kids yoghurt. I've heard petit filous have a load of sugar in them. Like it's the second ingredient after milk

My son never got on board with plain yogurt or yoghurt with fruit mixed in so we give him the little yeos no added sugar yogurts

We give The Collective Suckies Yogurts and the Sainsburys Greek Style Plain Yogurt kids pack, they’re the perfect little size and saves on buying a big tub if you aren’t massive yogurt fans yourself.
