Low iron

My blood results have came back and I am low in iron , I have been prescribed these tablets just wondering if anybody else has had these

I’ve been prescribed these for just over 2 weeks now but it doesn’t seem to have changed my iron levels yet! I’m not sure how long it takes

Try taking spatone sachets. I take them on top of tablets and they have worked better than just tablets x
