My little man is 8 weeks old and I have been exclusively breast feeding up to this point. I want to switch to pumping and bottle feeding, what’s the best way to start building a stash to make this easier?

Power pumping is a method that's meant to help increase supply (if you Google it I'm sure there are plenty of resources!) This will help to increase your supply so you can pump and feed whilst you're making the transition.
I give my baby one bottle of expressed milk a day and breast feed the rest so don't need a huge supply.. but my biggest tip here is that he didn't get on with MAM bottles but Tommee Tippee worked great (supposedly closest to the breast and he's gotten on with those much better). I also didn't appreciate how much difference warming the milk made to babies, so don't skip that step.
I hope it all goes well!
I gave him one small bottle as a trial the other day in a Tommee Tippee bottle and he did really well with it! I got some mam bottles free so I’ll leave those ones aha x
