LO is constantly sucking on his hands. Won’t take a pacifier. He’s not rooting because he will do it even after feedings. He’s 12 weeks. I think it’s early for teething, but could that be it.

Nah he’s just discovering his hands. No need to stress

This is normal! Try teething toys to get him familiar with different textures and enhance his exploring! Babies start to discover their hands and suck on them and it helps them self soothe and all these awesome things for their development! No need to worry your baby is just doing what he needs to do! :)

He discovered his hands but it can also be the beginning of teething! My nephew had 2 teeth at 2 months. 10 by the time he was 6 months.

Absolutely normal! All babies suck on their fingers /fists … it’s how they self soothe … and it’s a form of self exploration

Following!! my baby is 12weeks today and does the same thing . He will even take the binky out just to suck on his hands lol I let him for the most part because he’s content with it and doesn’t fuss but my mom and aunts think they see some white on his gums (indicating teeth coming in) so that could also be a cause

My babe does the same thing! She doesn’t take a paci either but seems like her hands do the trick for her! Lots of drool too! 🥰

My baby is 3 months old. He does this and is using a pacifier. They’re just discovering their hands!

Mine does same he rather suck his hands over a pacifier normal

Omg yessss I hear you! my baby literally came out of me doing this lmao

I think it’s just him finding his hands we thought the same thing for my baby but hes just been sucking on his hand he’s not been in pain or anything

I’m gonna have to try this we got a different set at Walmart and I think they were to bulky and he hated them
