Belly straps for pelvic pain?
Mamas what are your recommendations? I lost my pretty basic belly strap that just wraps underneath the belly, so I’m on the market for a newer and better one!

I've really been liking kt tape! I could never get the support i needed from a band and the kt tape has been so amazing! It can be hard to wear it for long periods of time if you have sensitive skin though!
Same but I think at this point I’m just gonna have him before I find one 😂 I tried the tape but I was allergic to whatever the adhesive was cuz I got blisters and itchiness. They are now little scars on my sides of my belly 😭
I like the Mom Cozy one I got on Amazon.

Ok so also thought I would update: I got this one and I’ve been wearing it all day at work today and it has helped sooooo much with the pelvic pain; I can’t believe I went this long without it. I think all the suggestions are super helpful and better than nothing!
P.S. I am pretty covered up at work — I work in a lab so I wasn’t worried about discretion. You can see the outlines under the shirt.
