Hi everyone my daughter will be 10 months when we fly in May. It’s our first holiday abroad was hoping for some advice in terms of flying, she is breastfeed refuses a bottle n I’m worried about her ears popping. In terms of changing her nappy how does it work as the toilets are tiny etc.

We have done 4 flights so far and I was really over thinking the flight but it was fine! She will be on your lap so you can breastfeed her on take off and landing but their ears don’t automatically pop anyway, my baby was full for landing the other day and so wouldn’t go on the boob but her ears were fine. They say they have changing facilities at the back of the plane so I imagine they pull the curtains across at the little air hostess bit but to be honest for such a short flight I’d just change them before and after and only worry about doing it on the flight if there’s a poonami. Happy for you to message me if you have any other Qs! I was the same before our first flight xx

Buy a pair of baby ear defenders I found they really helped my little one on the flight she had no issues !

We flew to America in Feb and my little girl was 8 months old! The flight was 10 hours and she was great the whole flight! It was my 2 year old who we had the issues with! X

Thank you everyone I will take your advice xx

Sorry asking haha where have you all been have you got recommendations? Also my baby has formula milk does any of yours?

I’m also thinking of going away in May but not sure where! Where you off to

We are going to Torremolinos in Spain 🇪🇸 as it’s a family hotel & the reviews are all really good & the flight isn’t too long it’s 3 hours 15 minutes xx
