You want clotrimazole antifungal cream for that for sure

I use organic coconut oil for my little one (he’s 4mnths) it really helps

keep the area dry and wash with soap and water regularly. use a bib also

We use aquaphor and our pediatrician also said diaper cream can add as much barrier so it doesn't get this bad!

Looks similar to what my son had... the doctor prescribed clotrimaderm for fungus however it didn't seem to work. I started thinking it was eczema and used his eczema lotion on it and that worked...

Oh my gosh! My baby has the same thing! I call it his neck cheese! I just try to clean it as often as possible, and yeah try to keep it dry.. maybe rash cream would work there?
