Rash all over and under boobs - 39w

I’ve had a rash that’s developed the last few days around and under my boobs. It’s blotchy in some parts and looks like prickly heat rash in other parts. Super itchy and not sure if this is related to pregnancy or something more general? Took an antihistamine to no avail! 🥲

I had something similar around 25 weeks, at first I thought it was heat rash, it was all over my belly and chest and it was keeping me up at night. Antihistamines didn’t work. It lasted a few weeks. They said they thought it was PUPPS , basically a pregnancy rash. After looking online I ended up buying ‘pine tar soap’ and it cleared up within a few days! Not sure it’s the same thing for you but thought it was worth mentioning.
