Bottles

Anyone’s 2 year old still drinking milk from bottle? I cannot get mine off it. Managed the dummy, but the bottle is an absolute no go at the moment 😫

My girl is 2 and 2mnths and we aren't even attempting removing the bottle completely. She only have a bottle of milk twice a day max. One a night and sometimes one before a nap depending on where we are at nap time. I think it's perfectly fine and I wouldn't worry about it at all

Same! A bottle in the morning and at night! 2 years 2 months. Not worried as with anything it will just change suddenly. Seeing the HV next week for 2 year review so I have no doubt we'll get a 'telling off' if the subject arises! 🙈

@Nina oh yes, nothing like a virtual stranger telling us parents what our babies need

Same here , will cry for nap milk also x

My boy still has milk to sleep, won’t nap (unless in the car) without it & certainly won’t go to bed without it. It’s just milk, I really don’t see the issue x

My son is 2 year and 2 months and we’ve just stopped his bedtime bottle this week, we tried different ones instead but he just cried for his normal bottle so we just started giving it to him downstairs before we went up in a straw cup and he’s adapted so well to it xx

My daughter is still having a bottle at bedtime x

He doesn't even drink much milk anymore. Most of the time he goes for oat milk. We got a tiny little cup for him because he likes to spill it and hoover it off his tray 🙄

I got so lucky that my daughter just stopped the bottle and pacifier on her own by 14 months old. However, she is delayed in communication.

@Holly my girl is the opposite, still wants her bottle and took a while to walk and potty training is hard etc but her language is catching me up haha!
