Community centres near dartford

Hi everyone, ftm here wanting to start going out with my 3 month old, I have heard about community centres with other children and mums to meet and play with, that will help with baby’s development, I have done a search online but don’t really find anything. If anyone knows about a community centre around dartford it would be nice, thank you x enjoy the sunny days !
