Membrane Sweep
So I went for a sweep yesterday (the pain was awful lol), the midwife said she could comfortably get a finger in to sweep around the membranes. Since then I’ve been having more discharge and baby’s been active, but nothing else.
Does anyone have any advice as to anything else that might help as I really want this to work and I’m feeling fed up of waiting now!
Due date is tomorrow.

I had mines and I walked a lot and used my yoga ball…she was still 2 days late
I don’t really have any advice but I’m in a similar position , also due tomorrow and going for my second sweep this evening. I’m feeling fed up too as baby is measuring big so feel I have limited time before having to opt for a c section or induction. Best of luck to you when the time comes. We’ve got this 💕

I had a sweep Thursday, lost what I think was bloody show or mucus plug. Other than that no more signs. Have another booked for Monday where I’ll be 40+4 🤞

I had mine yesterday and went for a walk with my kids really just had a special day then hubby said let’s have sex cus of the prostaglandins and boom baby born that same day. So walk and sex
I’ve done both - none worked 😭
my first one failed and my second one was the worker. Was it just the first sweep?
