First time mums

Pain.

Does anyone else get a sharp pain under their breasts or is it just me? If I take a deep breath it hurts so much and I can’t lay down on either side because of the pain. I also have a pain in my left hip/bum cheek area and lower back which makes it difficult to walk. Like nobody mentioned anything about being in constant pain during pregnancy and everyone made it look like a breeze.
