Absolutely. I put on my LO’s feet and chest every time she’s congested and it seems to help. It’s menthol and not medicinal so shouldn’t interfere with calpol etc. I also use sterimar baby nasal spray to help with congestion.

Thank you so much. I am using the sterimar spray too but it is not enough. My poor babba has a wild congestion , ear infection and sore throat so she is on antibiotics and the high fever is not helping the situation. I will use the rub on her now.
