If you’re struggling to lose weight I feel you! It’s so hard but I thought I’d share how I’ve lost 12lbs since Xmas:
-low carb diet (only eating some carbs in the evening)
-tons of water
-cut out snacking on cakes
-dates and nuts if really hungry between meals
-allowing myself the odd treat
-only weighing myself every 10days or so
-walking with buggy
-signing up for a run to train towards
I’ve still got about another 2st to go but I am proud of myself for shifting 12lb so far!!

Well done! Can I ask if you’re breastfeeding?

I’m breastfeeding and so don’t know how I can lose weight without causing issues
I am combine feeding my baby so it’s a little easier for me I suppose to drop calories. It takes time. Just be kind to your body and you’re amazing for being able to breastfeed exclusively, I wasn’t so lucky with that.
