Third trimester

Why did no one tell me how rough the third trimester was. The first trimester I thought was horrible. We thought I had HG. I’d vomit 10 - 15 times a day, I fell asleep at 3pm every day, I felt like I was hungover constantly. I am not even 29 weeks, I can’t walk. The stairs are my enemy. I feel nauseous all over again. The acid reflux is brutal. I’m sooo tired but can not sleep no matter what. I take sleep aids, magnesium, nothing. I’m in so much pain, back, hip, the pressure in my pelvis is brutal by vagina feels like I got railed and is so swollen but the sex drive is at a 0. My heart rate is through the roof which gives me anxiety. And I pee every 30 minutes. It’s wild. I’m out of breath just by typing this. And they say it gets worse?! How!!

Sometimes pregnancy is really tough for some of us. Im sorry youre experiencing this.
I highly recommend you find an amazing chiropractor (go off of recommendations from other pregnant mums in your area- they are NOT ALL EQUAL * I FOUND that out the expensive and hard way in my first pregnancy.

Sounds like an adjustment would really really help you.
You need as much support and care for your body at this time as possible.

Sorry you have been having such a tough time. I've had a lot of similar symptoms and I would definitely recommend speaking to your doctor and midwife for help. My GP prescribed omeprazole for the acid reflux/ heartburn which has been such a game changer. My midwife also referred me to physio for the pelvic girdle pain and they gave me lots of exercises and stretches to do to help relieve it. Mine wasn't too severe but they can help more if it is. I also sit on my exercise ball in evening which helps my back and hips and bug my husband daily for massages which really helps!
