Am I tripping?

I’ve been monitoring my bp, it’s going up from 115 (at like 6pm) to 127/77 like 25 minutes ago. Earlier today around lunch it was 143/87

They do look swollen but both not one. Compared to the old pic.

But it’s also very common to hold water weight and mums sometimes go up 0.5-1 size in shoes, sometimes permanently esp if they haven’t lost the baby weight after birth. My bestie went from 7 to 8 permanently she also went from size 6 to size 14 clothes

I have APS so it’s not really a good sign for me. I’m high risk and and have very high chances of having preeclampsia. I’ve been having these headaches as well, with high bp today
