Little one is awake every morning between 04:30 and 05:00. She is up for 1.5-2 hours at this time. This has been a consistent pattern for the last 10 days or so. Not sure what to do or how to resolve it. She’s still very tired but she won’t go to sleep until it’s been at least 1.5 hours. I put her on my breast to try to get her back to sleep/ offer her a bottle of milk etc but nothing works until it’s been 1.5 hours. I don’t understand it or know what to do. It’s always at this time of the morning so don’t think it’s teething pain as it’s very specific to that time. She’s sometimes also been so tired and grouchy in the day as a result. Any help appreciated thanks as I’m so tired.

What's your usual day wake, nap time, bed time etc ? Is your room dark enough now it's lighter to not wake her up so much at that time? X
It’s all gone to pot now because of how she’s sleeping. She used to wake up around 7, snack at 10, lunch at 11:30 followed by nap at around 12:30 for 1.5 hours. Then dinner at 5 followed by bath at 6 and bed at 7. It always worked well so don’t know what’s happening now. Don’t think it’s due to the light - she’s waking up when it’s dark in her room and it’s never something that’s bothered her even when there is some light.

The clocks went forward so it’s bound to mess with baby’s routine my little boy normally gets ups 7 but yesterday didn’t wake up till 8:15 normally and breakfasts and stuff inbetween before his nap at 11:30 (didn’t nap till 12/1pm) had his dinner at 5 bath 6:30 bed 7/730 but yesterday was horrific couldn’t get him to sleep till half 8/9 pm he just wanted to play

This happened to me in January- it lasted 3 weeks then he went back to his ‘normal’ sleep pattern! I tried everything in the first week and half with naps making sure he ate really well during the day so he wasn’t waking hungry. Didn’t matter what I done it still happened so I just went with it and then one night he just went back to his normal sleeping. Hope he doesn’t last too long for you. X
