Is anyone else dealing with sciatica? It hurts so bad I feel like I can’t walk without help. The only way it doesn’t hurt is if I lay on my side. Any suggestions?? I can’t lay down all day every day!

Is this first or second pregnancy? I remember having it so bad in my left side with my first pregnancy

Yes 😩 do you sleep with a pregnancy pillow or something between your legs? That helps me. I also feel like the more I move the more it loosens up which is tough at first. It’s definitely a struggle here too

What helped me was a pregnancy pillow, full body one and also a chiropractic pregnancy adjustment

It’s the first pregnancy! I do have a pregnancy pillow and it’s the only way I can sleep. I didn’t know they had pregnancy chiropractor appointments, will definitely look into that!

YUP. 30 weeks with twins and they are taking my body down. Left side sciatic being worse.
I also live in a house with stairs. Me and my 7 year old daughter’s bedroom is upstairs. Never had sciatic pain before and it is pretty brutal

Yess, I have it so bad on my left side. I spent this morning looking up sciatica pregnancy stretches on YouTube. It’s helping a bit

Came to say the same! Left side and nothing seems to help. Will look into chiropractors and acupuncture

Yes! Sleeping with a pillow between my legs seems to have helped. I also got a birthing ball at home and that seems to relieve some pressure

I'm getting it pretty bad, also on the left side. I use a heating pad, it has a vibration option as well so I use the heat and vibration when it's hurting too bad for 10-20 minutes and it loosens it enough the be functional for a little bit.

Its sooo bad! The pregnancy pillow and stretching has been helping. Sit in a criss cross position on the floor and hold your knees. Gently tilt back until you can feel a little pressure. I do it for a couple mins and it seems to help!

So came back to say I had two adjustments with a chiropractor and what a relief!!
