Baby eczema

Hello,
My four months old baby is having a very bad skin irritation on his face, near ears, chest and belly. I assume is eczema. Is anyone having the same problem with their babies?

This could very well be from an allergy. My baby never had eczema, but my niece & nephew get this from food or environmental allergens.

the doctor said he is alergic to the protein in the milk so he’s changed the milk. Then I went back to them because I thought he is having diareea and they changed the milk again. Since they’ve changed the milk second time he’s got this problem. I gave him back the other milk and now is even worse

My little has eczema but in our case it is genetic, I don’t have any dairy at all and I gave up chocolate and pork. He is also on goats milk. What seems to irritate him is the shampoo even though is flagrance free and for eczema. You have to find his triggers.

But in the meantime I use aveeno and I moisturise his skin 8-9 times a days which helps.

it could be the abrupt switching that’s triggering the reaction. Which types of milk are you using?

my heart breaks for you! I’m sorry that your bubba is pain 🥺. I can’t believe that they won’t refer him to see a specialist as his skin is pretty inflamed.😔

Are you using anything for his itchiness? My little one has eczema and it was a roller coaster of emotions until we managed to find his triggers.
