Nappy spots

My little one has what I think are nappy spots! It’s not a rash, it’s like 4 little red spots on her lower tummy. (Kinda like red pimples). I’m wondering if it’s trapped moisture or something. She does tend to leak in the nights so I don’t know if it’s like the wetness that’s caused it. Has anyone else had this? I’ve put sudocrem on them x

My son currently has something similar and if they are the same as my boys then yes they are basically little pimples, caused by wet/sweaty nappy. If there is no broken skin then we just make sure to thoroughly wipe when doing nappy changes and sometimes take a bit longer airing before putting new one on (usually 2mins max while picking out clothes for the day or PJs). If they are broken skin (like they had white heads that burst) then may be a swipe a sudocrem or germaline cream just to prevent them getting infected.
