Leaking breasts
I’m 8 days pp and my breast milk leaks so much! I’m breast feeding and just yesterday started pumping once or twice a day to bottle feed too but my breasts are leaking so much
I’m wearing 2-3 breast pads each side at a time, I’m fairly big breasted(40G) and I’m still leaking through the breast pads,bra and t shirts 🫣
Any tips or tricks how to stop this leaking all the time !

I have no tips, as am in a similar boat, my little one is 5 weeks now and I've just learnt to manage it.
Am always wearing a bra, even in bed, always got a breast pad in. They say supply and demand go hand in hand, it should calm down as your hormones settle and if/ when your baby feeds less.
Alternatively I have heard of milk donation banks in some areas. Could donate any over supply if there's one local to you?
Disposable breast pads are shit. They don’t hold much. I used a whole cloth wipe, (I use them for my baby’s bum) ans fold them into 4 and shove them down my Bf singlet. When going out I use reusable breast pads they hold more. I’ll take out the cloth wipe and just turn it over so it can absorb the other side too before I put it into the laundry bag to wash
Elvie collection cups in your bra. They were fab for me, when I was feeding I’d just dot the milk on any baby acne and use in the bath but if you sterilised properly and timed your catches you could feed as top up too instead of pumping. General advice in the UK is not to pump for first 6 weeks to establish supply xx
