Is this a heat rash ???
We are currently on holiday abroad so it is hot. Little girl picked up a little ear infection to what is being treated with antibiotic ear drops and seems to be improving. She had this today it's like raised bumps, like a little cactus 🌵. Thanks

Both of my 2 and me actually get this all the time, especially on the tops of arms :) but definitely a lot more when it's been warm and we cool down more suddenly
@Bobbie Wilson, I'm wondering if it's from being hot, then going into the pool to what's cooler 🤔
quite possibly! It usually doesn't bother them or me so if it doesn't I wouldn't worry and just watch it to make sure it goes away :)

This doesn’t look like hear rash it looks like mild Keratosis Pilaris - nothing to worry about
