So my little girl has been fussy for the last 3 days refusing boob runny poo’s now she’s come up with a rash and temp of 38.6 and I don’t know what to do I’ve given her calpol but do I do anything else

I would try get in at the GP or phone 111. My little one was the same last week and I was sent to A&E for paeds review. She has a viral infection and is okay, also just came up in full body rash. Paed wasn’t worried but it did put my mind at ease being seen by a paediatrician as they are just little still.
Does the rash fade with the glass test?
I took her to a&e as it wasn’t but turns out it’s a viral rash
