More regular toilet habits!! 💩
Hey guys sorry if this is TMI but just want to know if anyone else is experiencing this, or did and whether it meant anything for you!
I have never been regular with my bowel movements - usually every 3-4 days. But the last 3 days I’ve been every day! I quite often few pressure in my bum, more so when I’m lying down for bed though… anybody else?

I won't go into detail but yes absolutely. It's just the baby pressing on your bowels, mine have been a bit crazy. I've had a handful of times where I've gone three or four times in a day, which I'd never done previously!

This is very normal near the end, they say ur body does a ‘clear out’ in prep for labour, it’s also becos of hormone changes x
