What’s your normal wake window before bedtime? Always struggled with this one

Usually around 3.5-4 hours x
It was 4-4.5 but since starting nursery her wake windows have shortened from 3,3.5,4 to 2,2.5, 3.5 and she’s sleeping more overnight (hurrah) instead of 10 hours since does 12.5 (I have to wake her so considering an earlier bedtime)
