Low lying placenta

Hi! I'm 28 weeks and have a low lying placenta, I started spotting this afternoon so went to the day unit and was monitored for a couple of hours before being sent home. Can spotting be a one off thing or is it usually the start of something? has this happened to anyone else and what was your experience? Thankyou!

Anxious/depressed

My first pregnancy symptom was my anxiety out of nowhere. I feel like I'm a bundle of nerves and just so scared of everything. Is anyone else feeling similar? How are you managing? Are we contributing it to hormones?

Anxiety after birth

Amy mamas experience anxiety after birth gave birth yesterday March 18 and I am having an anxiety attack now out of nowhere it’s currently 11p.m hubby is asleep and I am feeding baby.😩
