Does your baby moan and cry when turning in bed?

My little one has always been a very vocal baby. Everything seems to come with a soundtrack! At the moment none of us are getting any sleep because as soon as he decides he's done being on his back he tries to roll on his side and complains loudly and eventually descends into sobbing. This is happening all through the night even when co-sleeping, though less than in the cot which is why we've given in to the co-sleep....for some sleep at all. I'm starting to feel unwell from the stress and lack of sleep.

If your baby is crying in that position it sounds like he’s in pain? Surely you should be getting that checked?

@Adrienne he's perfectly happy rolling over and whatnot on his playmat in the day but he will get fussy on his tummy after a bit. Perhaps I should take him to the GP

Yes this is exactly what’s happening to us but when he wakes on his front. He sometimes does it when he ends up on his front too but not always. He will be 7 months next week.

Same here, it helps us to have longer calm time before bed without crawling (attempts) or rolling
