I’m returning to work for the 3 months unpaid but then using AL- is that an option
@Claire I’m not sure how much AL I will get because I’m going from 5 days to 2 days
@Charlie do the KIT days you get paid full if you get what I mean?
If you’re paid hourly you’ll get paid for the amount of hours you do, salary is your day rate. You can work a max of ten KIT days
Your leave allowance won’t change until you officially change to 2 days… so will have full time allowance until the change officially happens
Your annual leave will change, your HR dept will be able to recalculate this for you if you ask
You can do any type of self employed work. Are you able to do any agency work 1/2 days per week? If you drive you could sign up to do Amazon/delivery deliveries. I’ve seen other posts where matched betting and paid surveys are suggested x
You will get based on the 5 days as accrued.
Do your KIT days! You can do 10, and how much you get paid is down to your employer. My employer pays me for a full day if I do 6hrs, but some places only pay you for how many hours you actually work.
You will get all your backdated annual leave based on you being 5 days. Your annual leave won’t change until you actually reduce your hours. I went back full time for 3 months but used my annual leave to only work 2 days per week so I was getting paid full time. Then when my annual leave ran out I reduced my hours
KIT days?
