Anyone else feel like they are having to give Nurofen a lot due to teething?

I only really give it before bed and try to use other methods during the day but we are going into the 4th night and he is teething so bad, he is currently is cutting 3 teeth at once 😢😢 part of me is thinking about not giving it tonight as it will be the 4th night in a row and the other part of me is thinking if he is in pain then why would I let him suffer

This is our exact situ rn but Calpol! I tried it ln without for the same reasons and it was a nightmare and I ended up giving it an hour later 🤣 tonight I just gave it straight away, I'm too tired for this lmao. I only give it at bedtime so hopefully once a day until these bloody teeth come in isn't too bad. I'm not sure though haha don't take my advice! Just saying I'm in the same boat

I give Ashton and parsons powder before bedtime. I pour onto a spoon then use my finger to rub on her gum x

Unfortunately I've been finding the powder hasn't been enough for her lately

@Jas ohh bless her x

Anbesol is really good for teething as it has lidocaine in it, better than the powders when teething is intense. But also have given Calpol if she seems in pain. I was a bit torn too but if I had pain I'd take paracetamol so why not do the same for them?

Our baby has never had it, only Calpol. Also use anebsol gel which really helps
