What milk do you give your 3 year olds with there food/drink?

Green but he also has oat milk sometimes :)

We only have blue in the house for everyone

Blue. They can have green now but I think we got used to the blue when she turned a year old so we just stuck with it😂🙈

Was on blue till a couple months ago but now moved him onto green so we only have one type in the house.

Also his weight is getting quite high, so was one of the recommendations/options to switch

Full fat until five is the recommendation, I buy whatevers on offer though

Our girl needs lactose free milk but not all supermarkets do blue lactose free milk. Most have the Arla brand but we try to stay clear of that. Sainsbury’s used to do it but think they’ve stopped production. Just Morrisons now.
