Best floatie for a toddler
What is the best floating device for a toddler, 3.5 years, can’t swim. So far we were using intex ring but he has outgrown it and it doesn’t really give him the freedom to splash about. Any suggestions please.

In the swimming baths we use a noodle and a float to encourage him to start swimming. On holiday we use arm bands
