My daughter is 3 and is scared of the potty and toilet. So yes I’m in the same boat.
Same boat boy problem with the no 2s. He's 3 and 3 months and it's so frustrating.
I found reading this book to my daughter really helped, so would recommend this one or other potty training books for little ones. Especially if they like reading. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/1526381516?ref_=pe_27063361_487360311_302_E_DDE_di_1

Sit on the toilet at the same time and “go together” Stickers offered if they go. Stories on the potty
I found the oh crap book helps
My son recently got over his fear of sitting on the potty (something he'd been scared of for a year), but still won't actually wee or poo on it. If we don't have a nappy on, he does accidents and has the biggest melt downs that take a while to calm him down from. We've tried sticker chart, potty training books, a potty training toilet seat, sweet treats and nothing seems to work. He's also gone from telling us he's having a poo to not saying anything at all. I feel strung out by it all now 😔 sorry I can't help, but you're not alone! There's a Facebook group I'm in which has some pretty decent advice, it's just unfortunately not worked for us. UK Potty training support group.
I think she’s just not ready yet, my daughter was the same a few months ago, didn’t understand what was required of her when I was asking her to sit on the potty, lots of accidents and wet pants, tears, etc., so we stopped, that was our second attempt at the time, and then just now over the Easter break we tried again and it clicked, she learnt it in half a day. It’s been a week and a half and she’s dry now, pooing is still a work in progress though, but when kids are ready, they get it very quickly. There’s so much pressure on us to teach them as young as possible these days, but each kid does it at their own pace. It will happen xx
