Amateur mum here - reflux

Ladies, how do I tell if my 11 week has reflux or if it’s just normal spill out? I’m seeing different posts on here about changing to an anti-reflux formula. We are on Kendamil at the moment, should I look at changing this?
I’ve just fed him now about 3 ounces (5am). I put him down and about 0.5 ounces came out? Sometimes it’s as much as this after a feed. Sometimes a smaller amount and sometimes not at all…but he’s a chucker for sure!

My LO is 5 weeks old on Monday and we are going through similar. He occasionally will spill out, other times projectile vomit (sometimes this is yellow which we’ve been told is partially digested milk) and other times can go days without anything! We’ve been told this is normal and only to worry if the projectile vomit happens after every feed. Our doctor recommended not changing the feed unless if symptoms worsen as sometimes baby needs a while to get use to the milk as their digestive systems are maturing. It’s really hard seeing them uncomfortable but hopefully as time goes on it will pass!

Anti reflux milk tends to just mask what’s actually causing the reflux, I’d get a tongue tie assessment, make sure they have a proper latch and see an osteopath before swapping milk brands but it took my little boy 7 different formulas before finally finding one that suits him he was bringing up stomach acid every time he spat up though so he was a bit of a special case most likely one of the 3 things I suggested will fix the reflux x
