Pro biotic
Can anyone recommend pro biotic /gut repairing I can give my little boy? He's had a couple of courses of antibiotics that I think has ruined his gut and he's never once had solid poos (waiting on appt for it). In meantime I wanted to see what could give in milk/water to help?
I already give multi vitamin daily, vitamin C and magnesium at night x

In case you wanted to know, upset stomach and diarrhoea are common side effects of magnesium
@Zoe ah interesting. 🤨 honestly I try and give him something to help him sleep and this could be a side effect from it, I can't win! I got an appt end of this month with paediatrics so I will mention that to them xxx
