What can I do for my 13 month old who I suspect has a viral infection? She won’t eat or drink

Give her chicken/beef broth. Kids usually tolerate this well when sick plus it will hydrate her
Maybe she has hand mouth and foot? Does she have blisters in her mouth?
Because there’s medicines that can support them while going through it such as numbing cream so they can eat
Are you taking her to the Dr?
Definitely take her to the hospital. Children get dehydrated at this age very quickly, get some tests done.
