Little or no appetite 🤷‍♀️

My little girl has like very little appetite and I’m not sure why. Her meals are really small- like she’ll gesture full and turn her head away and refuse any more food like after a few bites? I’m so worried she’s not having enough or there’s something wrong. It’s not that she’s fussy because she’s refusing everything. She’s 10-11 months old. Anyone else’s baby have a really small appetite? She’s really small and lower than 25th centile.

My son is the same and it’s on the same centimetre . He lives on yoghurt and his bottles and it’s so worrying

Food is just for fun before they are 1, so don't worry too much at this point. It's after she turns 1 that food is really more for nutrition.

They seem to have phases of eating a lot or next to nothing, they’ll eat when they are hungry x

My son was born on 5th centile and has stayed that way, it’s worrying when they’re small but as long as they’re following their own curve they will be fine. I remember at age 10 months ish my son also just became fussy and refused everything and threw it all on the floor, he just lived on yogurt and mashed potato for a while but he seems to have his appetite back now! it will pass ☺️

Thank you all! 😊
