Child custody

So I have full custody of my daughter and father has visitation. He is dodging his child support, quitting his jobs, asking for accommodations and even said he only want to pay $30 a month. Now he begging me to take him off child support because his lights are getting cut off and him and my daughter will be sitting in the dark. Would I still have to send her with him if his lights are being cut off? He also sends her back to me in the same dirty clothes and smelly. But not too long ago he was just trying to get full custody bragging about how he was gone put me on child support or make sure I go to jail but since things not going his way he wanna ask me to take him off child support. My daughter almost 2 and I have supported her on my own since she was born with no help from him so I don’t care his excuses he choose not to work.

You would to go to court and make the judge aware he has no power and I think the judge can suspend visitation or at least overnights because he doesn’t have a fit home for the child. Keep everything you can as proof.

I agree he chose not to work and so he is getting his lights turned off. It isn’t because he has to pay child support.

I say ask him to terminate his rights and he’ll be off child support, he’s not helping anyways! You can send your daughter and do wellness check and if he has no lights, police will have you pick her up and it will be alllll documented on police report and witnessed by officer. Also when she comes back with smelly and dirty clothes, take picture also set up appt with dcfs to come to your place when he drops her off so they can see it first hand.
