What could this be?
My son has this rash near his mouth.
No fever
Nowhere else on his body
Diarrhoea
Has anyone experienced the same with their little one?

It looks like a little eczema. Try some perfume free cream on it for a few days. If this doesn't help go speak to your doctor/pharmacist xx
