bedtime for our son is 7:30ish depending on how long it takes. we start bedtime routine at 7pm, so he undresses himself, puts his night nappy on and gets himself dressed in his pyjamas, he then brushes his teeth (i help after letting him have a go) and then we go and choose a story to read him whilst he lays in bed. he then chooses a tonie for his toniebox to listen to, we have kisses and say goodnight and then we leave. tonight i managed to get this done by 7:25pm, and by 7:30pm he was fast asleep. is your little one napping at all? definitely cut that if so xx

We're really struggling with our little boy recently. Was a good sleeper as a baby but as a toddler he seems to have gotten out of the habit. It is a battle and a few times recently my husband has had to take him out for a drive just to get him to settle. @Sinead is this toniebox worth getting? Was looking at it today in Smyth's toys. Xxxx

@Shell we love the toniebox it is very good! our son uses it for bedtime mostly he enjoys listening to his stories or songs before bed, it’s a good screen free activity, and there’s so many options of tonies to choose from and they’re always releasing new ones too ☺️xxx
