Teething nightmare 😩

How do you all deal with this? I feel like my baby has so painful gums that she can’t bite on toys anymore. When she does, she hurts herself and starts crying. I don’t even see teeth coming out. Is this normal? How long this lasts? She had fever due to virus couple days and now this right after. I am going crazy here 😩

They make teething oragel. It was a lifesaver with my first baby. Give them cold things to naw/teeth on. Tylenol too! It helps with pain.

It felt like my daughter teethed for 2-3 months before her first tooth.

@Caitlyn I use mom bliss one, but it doesn’t help much. I have a feeling she can’t even breastfeed normally because of this. She used to eat every 2 hours, now it is less ☹️ I am not sure what to do any longer.

I use the dr talbot brand. Maybe talk to her doctor about your concerns. There may be something else going on

I’ve been putting a washcloth with breastmilk on one corner in the freezer for him to use/soothe his gums. Our pediatrician said he’s teething even though he won’t cut a tooth until 6 months😵‍💫 we also got a sample of baby organics teething gel, so I’ll put a drop on my finger & rub it on his gums- not super effective, but seems to take the edge off temporarily.

breast milk popsicles for cooling the gums , once babe is 6 months i liked to use frozen fruit in a mesh feeder for my first baby
