Diastasis 😭
My diastasis is so bad this time my belly button is going inward 😭 I wish there was something I could do about it while pregnant, I'm only 33+1, I'm scared how bad it's gonna be when I give birth 😭

@Roksan i can tell mostly by my belly button literally sinking in from there not being any abs there anymore, but also I can feel the separation lower down as well. It feels I guess softer than the rest of the stomach, I'm not the best at describing it sorry 😂
Same here!!! FTM so wasn’t sure what to expect, but my belly button went flat and now is concaving lol
