Drinking alcohol whilst looking after your daughter
So I know many people will have a drink and still look after their children. But when my ex partner used to drink, he would always drink excessively. When he would go on nights out, he’d never make it home etc. Anyway, today he had our daughter for a few hours this afternoon and has posted pictures with her and with a pint in his hand. I’m slightly concerned as I know it wouldn’t have just been the one. And he was driving with her in the car. Am I right to be worried about this? He’s driven over the limit many times but never been caught.

Yes I would certainly be worried if I were you. I wouldn’t be letting him have your daughter if he’s drink driving with her in the car, he’s putting her life and others at risk 😢
I can’t be sure that he was over the limit. But from when we were together, I know he thinks that he’s always “fine” to have a few.
I just don’t get why for the few hours he has our daughter, but why he can’t just not have a drink and be responsible whilst she is in his care.
Very concerning and unacceptable. I wouldn't leave them alone like that again. Sorry to hear you're in that position :/ sounds like he needs help or a wake-up call.
You can always call 101 anonymously and advise you think there is a drink driver if you know his reg then they will pull him over and breathalyse him - sounds dramatic to do but he’s not guna listen to you he’ll still do it and if he’s not drunk he should have nothing to worry about
