My baba had his on Thursday. I gave a dose of calpol an hour prior, sat him facing forwards on my lap, ready to get him on the boob as soon as it was over. It was genuinely worse for me than him! Once he was being fed he forgot all about it. Kept an eye on temperature for the next 2 days but was all fine. Gave the 3 doses of calpol as recommended. Had no problems. Hope your little one has a similar journey!

My LO was fine. He cried for about 5 seconds and forgot all about it and was smiling before we were out the door. We gave baby paracetamol right after the jab and he probably didn’t even need it, he was good as gold.
Babies are stronger than they look ❤️

Sadly, there is always a risk however it is very very small. There is a risk with anything though.
My baby has had her 8 and 12 week jabs already and has been perfectly fine. With the 8 week ones, we gave her the recommended calpol and kept up with it. We had no issues. She was more clingy and tired than usual. And cried quite a bit but has been absolutely fine after both. Lasted less than 24 hours and then back to normal

My little boy had his first shots a couple weeks ago and he was fine. He only cried for like 30 seconds at most but then got daddy cuddles and he was happy again. Think i hated it more than him haha. The worst thing was seeing his little bruise a few days later but it faded quick enough

My little one cried for a couple of mins and was asleep before we left the doctors. Slept all day that day and had some runny poos for a few days but he’s normally constipated so it was actually quite nice to not have to watch him strain 😂
Same as the other ladies, gave calpol and he never had a fever that peaked badly

My second is having his today but my first was fine after his, he needed more physical contact from me and we just did contact naps on the sofa for the two days after and he had a bit of an upset tummy from the rotavirus vaccine but otherwise was ok. And after two days was back to normal.

My son is due for his 8 week immunisation on Tuesday 22nd and I’m dreading it tbh - any advice /tips?
