Tired all the time

I am looking for tips for exhaustion that I’m feeling constantly. I eat pretty healthy, I sleep from 9:30-7am every night. I don’t understand why I’m so tired constantly.

There have only been a few times in my life where I can remember actually having any energy. I’m such a low energy person and I hate it. I take iron supplements and drink probably only two caffeinated drinks a day. I’ve never touched an energy drink either.

Looking for people who feel like way too and perhaps figured out how to get energised

Do you work out or go for walks? The less I move the less energy I have.

I walk to work everyday, other than that I have no time for other exercise

This could be a reason why you're constantly tired.
Exercising can boost your energy levels, helping you perform other tasks more efficiently. You might even find that you need less sleep. So, while working out does require some time, it can ultimately save you time by helping you function better.

Do you have kids? 😂

I'd also ask a doctor to check my blood for any deficiencies (if you haven't already).

I mean I have 0 time to do any exercise, once I finish work and have got home to my daughter it’s 7:30, she’s asleep by 8 and then I spend the next hour doing laundry and then I go to bed

yes but only one and she isn’t tiring. I’m definitely going to go back to the doctors to ask for more bloods. I have had this problem for years and two years ago got bloods done and I had no deficiencies

I’ve always had low energy. My B12 levels are low so I have to go for injections every 12 weeks. I can definitely tell when it’s due because my energy levels start to decrease again.
Definitely worth asking your dr to do some blood tests x
