*takes a hit* I have a serious nicotine problem. I want to quit vaping but I just love it so much. The smoke, the taste, the sensation. It seems like I’m trolling but in all seriousness I want to be a better mama. Plus my baby is really young and I don’t want to third hand smoke *knocks on wood* if that’s even a thing.. but I need help. Please, how did you do it? It was easy for me to quit for nine months since there was a human inside me, the effect would be more drastic.. but I need something as drastic to motivate me to stay away from it. I heard about sids, the hole in the neck etc etc yeaaah it’s bad but I need something more, I guess tragic, to help me quit . Or just a solid method to help me quit. I’d appreciate all the advice/recommendations

It's second hand smoke* not third and it definitely is a real thing. If you want to try to quit try getting a nicotine patch or something like that
