ADHD routine help

Does anyone have any tips/tricks on establishing a routine to stick to long term?? I homeschool my 7yr old and have a 1yr and 16yr old. I struggle a lot with sticking to a routine long term. I can do it for a week or two but then once then weekend hits it really throws me off.

I think the best thing I ever did as far as a routine was to first list the musts. So like we must eat or nap at this time. Then I would section off my time by what had to be done: errands, pay bills: cooking: cleaning. But the trick that helps me is I never dedicate more then 45 min to a task. I can keep going if a want to or stop if I don't. I also link alot of things together. Ex: I must have coffee in the morning so my ADHD meds live on top of the coffee machine. I only have one almost 3 year old so less to juggle but here's what our routine look like.
7:30 I wake and have coffee & Meds
8:30 LO wakes, breakfast, get dressed, hair, teeth(we do all this together)
9:00 - 1:30 Time for outside play, Errands, playdates, Library, anything outside of the home
1:30 Lunch
2:30-3:30/4:00 quiet time/nap
4:00 Daily Cleaning and Cook dinner
5:30 - Dad time/daily activity (I have school)
6:30 Dinner
8:00-8:30 LO Bath, Teeth, Book, Bedtime
9:00-9:45 Nightly tidy, pack lunch for next day, then time with hubs

Also for cleaning the best thing I ever did was watch how the home functions. Ex: mail piles up by the door that's were you put the mail sorter. Laundry ends up in the floor stick a basket there.

My friend is ADHD and homeschooling as well. She's recently been using Chat GPT to help tailor her lesson plans around her ADHD and it's been helping her a lot.
